The owners Geoffrey and Elizabeth Harvey welcome you with a warm reception to their enchanting guest house by the sea; all rooms are well presented, warm and inviting with some rooms having direct sea views. Situated by the sea front just a short step from the beach, it's the ideal base to visit many of the regions attractions.

Felixstowe is an attractive resort boasting record hours of sunshine each year and the second lowest rainfall in the UK. Its seafront includes traditional family amusements, Edwardian gardens, leisure centre with swimming complex and children's fun area. The Spa Pavilion theatre offers a variety of shows throughout the year. Languard Fort and Felixstowe Museum are close by where there is a viewing area and visitors can watch the world's largest container ships arriving and departing. There is an 18 hole golf course within easy reach. Foot ferries are available to Bawdsey and Harwich offering even more places to explore. The Suffolk Coast is a walkers and cyclists delight with national cycling routes and walking trails. Cycle storage available.
