Educational Visits at Somerleyton Hall and Gardens

Originally a Jacobean Manor, it was extensively redesigned in the 1840s by eminent Victorian and former owner Sir Morton Peto. 12 acres of landscaped gardens contain an original William Nesfield yew maze, Joseph Paxton glasshouses and peach cases and Vulliamy's Big Ben prototype clock tower. Fully guided hall tours bring to life the history of the times, families who lived there and the many treasures they collected.
