Poplar Hall is nestled away in the tiny rural hamlet of Frostenden, surrounded by beautiful countryside with quiet sandy baches only two miles away and the quintessentially English seaside town of Southwold just over three miles away.

Thatched 16th century Poplar Hall has three beautifully furnished bedrooms for B&B guests. All rooms have a tv, tea and coffee making facilities, vanity unit with washbasin. Beautifully furnished, beams and inglenooks, lots of character with owners travel collections throughout. Guests also have a sitting room and dining room for their use with antique furniture, beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplaces and views of the garden and countryside.

Breakfast are sumptuous with homemade preserves and local produce from kippers and haddock to sausages and bacon. Vegetarians are also catered for.

By Road:
From the South: A12 to just past Wangford, half a mile after the Garage and Plough Pub which are on your left, slow down and take the next right, signed Frostenden and South Cove. Keep in left fork for half a mile and we are just on the left past the green.

From the North: A12 after Wrentham, third on left signed South Cove (all three left turns say to South Cove), then as above.

From Southwold: Over bridge, turn right on to Lowestoft Road B1127, for 2 and a half miles then turn left at South Cove Church, signed Frostenden one and a quarter miles. Keep left when the road forks. We are on the right just before the green.

There is a sign at the entrance.
