Situated in the tranquil Suffolk hamlet of Uggeshall, the idyllic countryside setting provides a peaceful and relaxing base from which to explore the beautiful Sunrise Coastal beaches of Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh to the sweeping sandy cliffs, heathland and forest of nearby Dunwich. The RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere, beautiful Henham Park, the renowned Snape Maltings are all nearby. Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth and Norwich are short drives away. There are numerous stunning walks for those who prefer to explore on foot and cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the uncongested roads and leafy lanes that abound this part of Suffolk.

The two south-facing double bedrooms have a stylish contemporary look-and-feel created by the use of hand-crafted American oak furniture. Both are elegantly furnished with top of the range king-size bed, flat screen TV with Free view, sumptuous linens and towels, en-suite facilities, hospitality tray, complimentary mineral water and Wi-Fi. Guests really love the silky soft water provided by the in-house water softener.

Our award-winning Gourmet breakfasts are freshly prepared using the finest ingredients from local farmers, growers and dairies and served in the stylish dining room which overlooks the garden and picturesque woodland opposite. When the weather allows, breakfast can be enjoyed on the patio.

The hosts are always on-hand to welcome guests with afternoon refreshments and in warm weather the home-made ice cream is very popular. There is ample parking on the driveway for guests cars and secure storage for bikes is available by arrangement.
