We are situated in very pretty Oulton Broad, with boating, sailing, fishing, cycling and parks on our doorstep, and beach, golf and the Suffolk Heritage Coast nearby there is something for everyone.
We have 2 spacious en-suite rooms, Honeysuckle is a bright, sunny spacious room with king size bed. Lilly is also a good sized double room with King size bed.
Our conservatory dining room has french doors leading onto the courtyard patio with views over the secluded garden.
As members of the Suffolk Breakfast Initiative we use locally produced sausages, bacon and mushrooms, homemade bread & jam and eggs from our own hens.
Guests are very welcome to take a stroll up to our hen houses and visit the 'Girls'.

Direct access to Oulton Broad South railway station from London Liverpool Street, a few minutes from Oulton Broad North railway station. National Express coach from London Victoria stops at Mutford Lock, Oulton Broad.
