Hightide Festival is the world's first producing Festival of new plays. Now in its fifth year it's made a name for breaking fresh and emerging playwrights and contemporary theatre. this continues for 2011 as the Festival presents an exciting programme of new writing, films, platforms, panel debates, adult and children's workshops and free events. The festival opens with the european premiere of ‘Dusk Rings A Bell' written by Stephen Belber, and includes poet Andrew Motion's debut as a playwright with "Incoming'.
