South and Heart of Suffolk Walking Festival, 14th May-6th June 2011
About
Over 30 guided walks, in a variety of locations, to suit all tastes and capabilities. Some of them are country rambles, others are medieval meanders through villages and towns in the South and Heart of Suffolk and many of them include stopping off for lunch or afternoon tea. Whether you live locally or are visiting this lovely part of the county, you will appreciate its beauty, as author of "A Suffolk Summer" John Appleby did when he wrote: "The English Landscape at its subtlest and loveliest is to be seen in the county of Suffolk".
