Victorian Farmhouse and converted Barns set in 2 acres in quiet lane in central Suffolk 0.5 miles from Junction 47 (A1088) off A14 between Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket. We provide Bed and Breakfast, evening meals on request with some limited self catering accommodation. Cosy rooms with residents bar/conservatory available. Also a certificated location for caravans with electric hook ups and use of owners laundry facilities. Jan is renowned for her superb breakfasts using local suppliers and fresh seasonal produce. Home cooked evening meals available on request catering for those with specialist dietary requirements including Vegetarian, Diabetic, Dairy and Gluten- free etc. We welcome people touring, working in the area, children and pets. We have two family rooms with spa bath and showers as well as 6 other double or twin rooms all en-suite with TV, Tea & Coffee making facilities with recently refurbished bathrooms. Limited Self catering accommodation is available where longer stays are negotiable. Most rooms are located on the Ground Floor around the secluded courtyard. There is ample off-road parking. Owners happy to pick travellers up from Elmswell or Stowmarket Railway Stations. Fabulous location for touring East Anglia ranging from the historic villages of Lavenham Clare & Long Melford to the wilds of Thetford Forest. All are within Easy Reach.

By Road:
Just off Junction 47 A14 (Ixworth A1088) between Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket. Entrance to Kiln lane is off the eastbound slip road (signed for Ipswich) 50 yards from the A1088 roundabout.
By Public Transport:
Nearest station Elmswell 1.5 miles on Ipswich to Cambridge/Ely line. Owners will collect by arrangement. Turn right into Station Rd, follow The Street then New Rd. At junction with Church Rd follow Warren Lane. 0.5 mile right into Kiln Lane.
