TV celebrity chef, Ed Baines, headlines at this colourful event which will feature a wide range of regional, national and international hot and cold foods, a beer festival, wine seminars & tastings and cookery demonstrations. The festival will mark the start of a two week promotion in the town to celebrate everything that is great about its food and drink offering.

Visitors will be entertained with live music from local artistes and bands including Elly Tree, Daniel Storey, Georgia Roworth, Jonny Skeates, Heartaker, the Norfolk Dixieland Jazz Band and up and coming London-based Chace Artist.

Ed Baines, will be taking centre stage on Sunday 19th for a series of cookery demonstrations throughout the day.

Ed, chef and co-owner of Randall & Aubin, the happening champagne and oyster bar in Soho, London, is one of the hottest chefs in town. His television programmes include: Lunch with Ed Baines and ITV's Ed Baines Entertains. He was one of the judges on ITV1's Britain's Best Dish as well as a regular on Lorraine for ITV.

Ed has also appeared on ITV1's Taste the Nation and co-presented BBC Great Food Live. He has several new shows for 2013 including Country Show Cook Off.

Demonstrations will also be given by the region's top chefs (Saturday and Sunday) plus some very special appearances by comedy duo 'The Chefs of Graceland' who will be cooking up some favourite recipes from the Deep South.

There will also be a Great British Pub Quiz held between 7pm and 9pm on Friday and Saturday. Team registration forms are available to download on the website: www.marketsquaregroup.com
