A warm & friendly welcome awaits you at our converted barn, close to the heart of the village, peacefully situated with country views. You can enjoy either a farmhouse breakfast or a selection of cereals & fruit salads, in the attractively beamed dining room, at individual tables with linen napiery. The barn is furnished throughout to a high standard, with cleanliness and a homely atmosphere high priorities for us. As the barn is detached from our home, guests can appreciate the benefits of being more independent and can come and go as they please throughout the day. If you are looking for somewhere relaxing to stay for a short or long break, Oak Farm Barn offers the ideal place for you to unwind. There are many places of interest close-by, including the busy market town of Bury St Edmunds only 10 minutes drive away. We have listed favourite places to eat within easy distance of the Barn. We have a growing library of DVD's that guests are free to use, as well as books, jigsaws and games which are available in the guest lounge.

By Road:
Leave the A14 at Junction 45 (signposted to Rougham), approximately 2 miles east of Bury St Edmunds.
Travel towards Rougham, and after ¼ of a mile (passing the Ravenwood Hall Hotel on your left) you will come to a T-junction. Turn left and follow this road for approximately 1½ miles. Shortly after passing "Rougham Sports Hall", take the next turning on your left into Moat Lane.. You will then see Oak Farm Barn immediately on your left.
