Orienteering is a sport which involves navigating use a map and compass whilst cross country running or walking. You can participate as an individual or in a group. Our coaching session will teach you how to navigate basic courses. Suitable for all ages and levels of ability. The coaching session will be followed by a Night-O where you can put your skills into practice around a course on the same area.
