Wellness Wednesdays is a series of Forest Bathing Walks in Rendlesham Forest designed to help manage stress.


Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku, provides the opportunity for you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of nature and focus your senses as you slowly walk through the ancient paths of Rendlesham.

These gentle sensory-immersive walks, guided by a Certified Forest Bathing Guide, invite participants to move gently and consciously through a series of mindfulness and meditative moments to engage the senses and support a deep connection to nature. The process allows for a smooth transition to enhanced physical, emotional, and mental states.

Immerse yourself in the glorious nature of this ancient woodland and leave refreshed, rejuvenated, focused and with a sense of calm and serenity.
