Welcome to our Award Winning accommodation where you can experience Glamping in our Safari Style Tents, or be enchanted in one of our Shepherds Huts. But if you really want to spoil yourselves why not stay in one of our luxurious eco-friendly Cottages. All of which have private / en-suite facilities. So, if you need a safe destination for a truly wonderful Staycation / Farmstay, look no further!
We know that Suffolk is a hidden gem, which is why we moved our family here in 1991, and what we really want, is for you to also fall in love with it. We are situated in the village of Barsham in the Waveney Valley, not far from the bustling market town of Beccles and the beautiful coastal town of Southwold. On the doorstep we have wonderful walks, bicycle rides and the Broads National Park for hiring a boat, canoeing or watching the wildlife.
We are a small working farm with chickens, sheep, cows and pigs.
Our Glamping Site is set in its own large field; the two safari tents and three shepherds are all very well spaced out with their own individual BBQ. Each self-contained unit, some of which are dog friendly, is beautifully furnished with a private bathroom and kitchen. Ideal for couples, families or a large group of friends to book the whole site. Please remember this is not a party site and we ask you to be quiet after 10pm.
You can collect your own eggs, see the farm animals at close range, listen to the wildlife or just sit by the camp fire and watch the stars. We also have a selection of outdoor toys.
Our holiday cottages are dog friendly with their own private garden and BBQ. They sleep 6 and 8 people but can accommodate 14 as they were designed with an inter-connecting door, perfect for a large family or group of friends. The high quality, open plan accommodation will not disappoint: benefitting from en-suite bathrooms and wood burning stoves. They are sustainably heated by air-source pumps and solar panels.
The cottages, safari tents and the South Down shepherd hut are dog friendly.
Children welcome from any age.
