Oak Tree Farm B&B | Visit Suffolk

Oak Tree Farm is a Georgian farmhouse set in 6 acres of beautiful Suffolk countryside. Just outside the village of Yoxford we are ideally located to explore the area. We have three en-suite bedrooms each with its own king size bed and all decorated with antique furniture, much of it from the ‘Arts and crafts’ era. There are tea making facilities with a range of drinks on offer. Each room has views across the countryside.

Our delicious cooked breakfasts are served in our conservatory from where you can watch the many birds which frequent our bird feeders or gaze at the horses we keep in our field or just sit quietly sipping tea or coffee from our Art Deco crockery. You may even hear our hens laying tomorrows eggs. There is s separate guest lounge room where you are welcome to relax if you wish to.

When you have had enough of the peace and quiet on the farm you can make your way easily to the coiast and explore the many things is has to offer. We are perfectly located for Aldeburgh and Southwold. Snape Maltings is ten minutes away. We are close to Framlingham and Minsmere. All in all Oak Tree Farm is the perfect place to escape the rat race for a few days of calm and rejuvenation.
