Details

PhotoEast is Suffolk's own photography festival running from 24 May to 24 June 2018 in venues along the Ipswich Waterfront. The dockside architecture becomes a gallery for the month-long event. On the Opening Weekend, starting Bank Holiday Saturday 26 May - Monday 28 May, there is an exciting programme of free events for anyone with a camera or a phone. Come along and here photography giants including Magnum's Mark Power and Tom Hunter talk about their work at the University of Suffolk; or sign up for the Photocopy Club workshop at Cult Cafe. Younger visitors will enjoy the family trail along the Waterfront and the chance to enter a prize draw. Pick up a card in Jerwood DanceHouse and join in the activities going on there too. Keep up to date by signing up at www.photoeast.co.uk
