We start and end at Clare Castle Country Park, where we will see the recent improvements to the 11th century castle, and finish with refreshments. The circular walk will loop around the River Stour and valley, taking in views across the landscape of Essex and Suffolk.

Duration: 3 hours (including refreshments)

Walk Length: 4.5 miles / 7 km
Moderate level of fitness required;
Please wear stout footwear.

Price: Adult £9.50; Child £4.50
£2 off if you travel by public transport;
Price includes afternoon tea at Platform One at the end of the walk.

Parking: Clare Castle Country Park pay and display or in Clare town.

Dogs: Dogs on a lead are welcome.
