Details

Acrylics are possibly the most versatile of painting mediums as they can be used thinly like watercolours, applied with a brush straight from the tube or used thickly with a painting knife. In this studio-based course, aimed at all abilities, Carole will demonstrate many techniques for painting trees, skies, water, and other elements of the landscape, through step-by-step exercises enabling you to get the most from this exciting and forgiving medium. There will be a demonstration after supper on Saturday.

Carole Massey is a popular and versatile tutor who is in her 17th year as an Associate Tutor at Flatford Mill in 2019. She has written many books, appears regularly on the Sky Painting Channel (192) and is a Professional Associate of the Society for All Artists.
